3 cups shredded hash browns
12 oz cooked breakfast sausage (you can use 12 links sliced, or crumbled bulk sausage)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 T butter
Salt and pepper
Spritz each liner with olive oil.
Pour melted butter over hash browns, line 12 greased cupcake liners (I used the silicon ones) with the hash browns. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until browned.
Put cooked sausage into each muffin liner. Mix eggs, cheese, salt and pepper and spoon over the hash brown/sausage mixture.
Cook at 380 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until tops are browned and eggs are set; time varies with air fryer wattage.
Remove from liner and enjoy!
