Chop fresh tomatoes and place them in a medium bowl. Add salt virgin olive oil, basil leaves, black pepper, oregano and minced garlic. Mix well and set aside.
Use a bread knife to slice the baguette on the diagonal making half inch thick slices. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on one side and arrange on air fryer basket. Bake at 370 degrees for 5 minutes until cheese has melted.
Remove from the air fryer and spread about one tablespoon of the tomato mixture on each piece. Do this right before serving to avoid bread from getting soggy.
Place bruschetta on decorative platter and garnish with basil leaves.
